I think it did good for my teeth .

I have some very damaged enamel that has required dental work. However, Ive used this before and it seems to continue to prevent further damage. My dentist said theres some good proof that it helps. I use only Colgate brand.

Ive been using this toothpaste for over 40 plus years because I have sensitive teeth. Thus, it works.

While waiting 6 weeks for endodontics therapy I was able to manage my pain by applying a prescription fluoride treatment at night, and using this OTC toothpaste twice daily.

About 15 years ago I had to stop using Crest because everytime I did, I would get these long strings of rubbery mucus on my gums and between my teeth. They would continue to form hours after Id brushed my teeth. When I finally called Crest customer service, they admitted to adding an exfoliant to their formulation. Most toothpastes now have that, including Colgate. I just recently discovered what the ingredient is: Sodium Laurel Sulfate (SLS) and I now have found 2 toothpaste brands without it: Sensodyne Pronamel Intensive Care and Salivea for Dry Mouth treatment. No more annoying and disgusting strings of mucus stck to my teeth and gums.

Great stuff. It seems like this flavor is the only one that works though. Was using a whitening Sensodyne that brought issues back. The right side of my mouth is sensitive, and the dentist wanted to put some type of filling on them to lower sensitivity. I preferred a more conservative option, and this toothpaste always fixes sensitivity in a day or two. Can swish cold water and whatnot in my mouth freely now. A good tip is to not rinse your mouth after brushing. Let the minerals do their work for a bit.

my teeth were causing me a lot of pain, especially with hot and cold food and drink. After using the sensodyne, my teeth immediately stopped hurting. So thankful for this product!

Very good for teeth enamel, but we feel light light for freshness
