You just plug it in and that’s it. Takes 1 second. Yes it’s expensive but it’s totally worth it considering that it works exactly the same as your Xbox’s internal memory. You get the same performance, fast load times, and Quick resume.

I honestly don’t understand why an SSD is almost the same price as an Xbox series S but Amazon has it $20 cheaper than anyone else so I got it here. It works, 1TB more than I had. Plugs in the back and works immediately. The only problem is when you try downloading games from mobile when you’re away from your Xbox, the SSD doesn’t show up so if you’re out of space on your console you can’t download games from mobile. Not too much of an issue but some people may find this a small hindrance.

I like how easy it is to install, Start up the Xbox Than just plug it in to the proper SSD expansion slot, then format it, and its ready to copy games, transfer games all data so fast. Good job Seagate and Microsoft XBOX Series you Maid it the Best. 10/10 best design For SSD Expansion , Love it

Works as expected but is expensive for what it is. 1G SSD should be much cheaper. It also should come in larger sizes.

The item I received did not work. I tried to troubleshoot it and nothing. I went on YouTube for a solution and it still did not work. After multiple tries I finally returned it. I would not risk my money on ordering it again.

It works perfectly, although the additional space is what should have come with the core system. Plug n play. Easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price but besides that it’s great
