Bought it for my PS5 and everything was working great, the 4TB was pricey but all the specs showed it would remain at peak performance for up to 5 years. After less than a month of having it installed in my PS5 it stopped showing up in my storage settings, I then bought an ssd enclosure to determine if it was a problem with the console or if the ssd itself was dead, and to my ultimate disappointment the $1,000 ssd is dead.

Added more storage and was very simple to install.

I bought this after watching a video about expanding the amount of space to hold games on a ps5. This was the recommend part and after watching the video I could see why. This solid state drive comes with the heatsink included which makes it a little cheaper than buying a different solid state drive and heat sink separately. I installed this pretty quickly into the ps5 and it works great. Moving games unto it goes so much quicker than when I moved games to the external hard drive I have attached to the ps5. And installing games and running games from it goes quicker than just the regular hard drive that is installed in the unit normally. Definitely well worth the money for this product.
