> 3 dayI bought. 25 of these for work. Due to Amazon policy of 5 max per purchase, I made 5 separate purchases over 3 months. What I like: 1. Extremely thin and light. What I dont like 1. Seems that there are 2 versions of these monitors...1/2 of them has different color than the other 1/2. Not that youd notice the difference unless you have them side by side....which is how I tested them before installation. I tried to adjust the color but cant get them to match up. If you want a wall of monitors, which is how I had our set up, youll see a very big difference. Luckily its split 50/50 so I just chose those that match for my 6x2 panel. If you use one per computer you wont tell a difference. Last note: dont buy this monitor for any work with text...the text quality is HORRIBLE. I could not recommend this monitor for text heavy work

> 3 dayHave 4 of these monitors that have been operating for a few months now. They all arrived intact. No bad pixels. Color is vibrant and high resolution looks amazing. Thin bevel on sides and top makes placing two of them side by side easy with minimal gap in picture. Controls are on the back (right hand side) - so if you need access to the buttons to change inputs or volume on a regular basis, this might not be the monitor for you. Sound quality is awful, as it usually is with built in speakers, so I dont suggest using this feature. I wish it didnt have speakers. Great monitors when used just as monitors.

Greater than one weekI bought two of these for a dual-monitor setup and have been overall happy with the monitors. The monitors are light weight with a thin border around the screen and the picture quality is great. I installed them on a dual monitor stand that I bought separately so Im not using the monitors original stands and I can report the monitors attach to the VESA mount stand without issues. I was originally planning to plug my speakers in the audio output on one of the monitors to keep the wires on my desk hidden but I ended up abandoning using any audio through these monitors. The audio output on both of my monitors has a ground loop hum so its unbearable unless I use a ground loop isolator to fix the audio. Even with the isolator added the sound volume is really low so I plugged the speakers into my docking station instead. Ive been able to test using audio output through my Dell monitor instead and it works properly, and Ive tested these monitors with a few different computers and see the same behavior on them all. Also, as other commenters mention the audio quality and volume of the monitors built-in speakers is pretty low. If you only used it to listen to voicemails in a really quiet environment theyd probably work fine, but I wouldnt otherwise recommend using the audio functions on this monitor.

> 3 dayThe monitor itself is a great upgrade from my previous setup (old TV). I really would not rate it above most monitors available today but it is definitely not an inferior product. I think this would be suitable in many different scenarios from gaming to business settings. The thin (edgeless) design would work well in a multiple screen setup also. My biggest and currently only gripe with this monitor is the print on the top of the box stating: Save all packaging materials. Warranty VOID if not transported in original packaging. How does packaging material affect the warranty??? It may be to my advantage to keep the material but I should not be forced to do so for warranty purposes!!!! I can assume all responsibility for properly packing and shipping it back if there were a problem without being forced to repackage it in the original material. For me, tossing the box in the name of decluttering may be worth the risk of a future claim.

> 3 dayAfter having an Apple 27 inch Thunderbolt monitor for the last 7 years, I decided to save a ton of money on repairs and getting another top-of-line monitor. Reasons for the choice of a lower end/price monitor like the Sceptre were my Mac Mini is now 10 years old and is more of a storage computer and my newer Mac is a MacBook Air, which allows me to be more mobile being a laptop. So no need for an exceptional monitor, when all I need is good. PROS: Flat screen, HDMI input, Sleep mode, Wake mode. CONS: Horrible menu controls (you get what you pay for), Sleep/Wake mode is terrible at sensing.

11-11-2024I ordered my first one back in June as my college was continuing to be all online and my internship also moved to work from home unless I need to use certain analysis software. I like this monitor since it covers my needs for extending my workspace from my laptop screen especially with my engineering courses and work. Okay quality when gaming with my switch. Like everyone has mentioned before the speakers suck, so I just use my laptops speakers or wear bluetooth headphones. I ordered a second one and had it shipped in a amazon box but on receiving the item the box was smashed in in one corner of the package. I had a feeling it was okay since the item should be packed in with paper or something. Opened it up and there was one sheet of paper protecting the monitor from moving around or getting damaged. I plug it in and in the corners the there was a green color like someone took a green spray can and painted the corners.

14-11-2024I had to get another monitor after having the same one for over 20 years! So I upgraded to this one. It is super nice! Wish I had done it long ago. Very nice for the price!
