I bought this monitor because it has dual HDMI inputs and built-in speakers so I can use my work laptop and my personal computer. The first thing I did when I got it hooked up is hit YouTube, but it sounded like I was listening to someone talk at the end of a tunnel. The video quality is decent and Im using my Bluetooth speaker for the audio. The stand is a little wobbly but not too bad. Another dual HDMI input monitor I was looking at was almost twice the cost, so this is fine for a budget.

The monitor is great for the price point. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular considering it is not a 4/5k monitor. If you need a monitor for standard computer work this will fit your needs. What the monitor exceeds at is it refresh rate when it comes to gaming. I moved my PS4 into my bedroom because I work from home, but I’m going to keep it in my room because the quality of gaming on this is where it excels. The only two down sides I have is build quality and sound. It’s pretty flimsy, but for less than $150 that’s expected. The real and only issue I have with this monitor is the speakers. They lack depth and leave you wanting more. You will definitely need to buy external speakers or use headphones. Overall I would purchase this product again if I needed a second display or replacement.

I love this monitor, used to use it as my main but recently started using it as my secondary. I have had no problems until recently, whenever I use the monitor it glitches and shows huge pixels that dont go away for like 20 seconds. I dont know why this is happening, Ive had it for just under a year and never dropped it or damaged it. Other than that its perfect. I love the built in speakers and it runs smoothly.

As the review headline says, excellent deal. A steal at $150 for a 27 monitor with a decent screen suitable for office work and gaming. The extra size allows me more multitasking capability, which I need for work. And its always good to game on a bigger screen. A good buy. Recommended. (Plus, the 2 HDMI ports are a bonus, since many monitors come with only one.)

This is the second version of this monitor Ive had. Picture quality is still good. Biggest improvement is speakers. The speakers on the older version I have completely suck, can barely even hear them maxed out. These are much louder, which is not to say theyre great sounding, but at least I can hear them. Just using monitor at work, not for gaming or watching TV.

When this monitor goes to sleep with the computer, their is a light that says on all night long. So I always have to shut down the computer at night so the monitor doesnt annoy me. Also, I was disappointed that it doesnt come with any type of connection cable or hardware other than the HDMI cable. So I had to get an adapter to be able to plug it into my USB port. Of course, this was probably specified in the purchase description, so it is not fair for me to call it out. But I would expect it to be able to connect to a normal computer right out of the box. However, the picture is good and the monitor has a good design.

I bought this to use as an external monitor for my MacBook Pro and am disappointed. I wasnt expecting the resolution of an apple studio display, but the display quality on this Sceptre monitor is really poor. Text appears grainy and difficult to read and the ghosting even with the anti ghosting / gaming features turned on is awful. I bought this because I dont really do any gaming and just needed a larger display to setup on my desk to use my slicing softwares for 3d printing. Im using Lychee to place supports on models and the graininess of this makes it kind of painful on your eyes to place supports with precision unless you zoom WAY in. The brightness is fine and is comfortable to look at. It has a night shift type of feature built in, but you have to change this manually and it wont automatically switch when your computer switches and there is no ambient light detection to help it either. The speakers built into this monitor are exactly what you would expect for speakers built into a 100 dollar monitor. Theyll work in a pinch but this is not something you want to expose your ears to for a long period of time, unless youre okay with a low volume tinny output. The ports available to use on this monitor are great as well, but not of enough of a plus to outweigh the cons of its primary function as a display. Lastly, the stand included with the monitor is flimsy and on a super sturdy table top that doesnt have any give or movement, the stand on this monitor still wobbles at the slightest vibration. Reminds me of a jello mold the entire time Im using it. Overall, super disappointed with this display and I may repurpose it for use in my garage to play some workout videos off of a Roku or an Apple TV.

I loved the screen, size and picture quality, but the sound was not good, so I got a set of logi speakers and now its perfect. Thank you, Penny

Pros: Huge! Matte screen lots of inputs. Slim bezel, Mine came with a DVI to HDMI cable, no HDMI Cons: Buttons on the back. Power adapter is a wall-wart. Stand a bit wobbly My biggest issue with this monitor is the buttons being located on the back. If using multiple of these ( I have 2 side-by-side in landscape) the buttons are a pain in the ass to use. I use one as dual purpose for a PC and RPI. To switch inputs is an exercise in contortion if you use the left monitor as I do. I would have preferred them on the bottom edge but I have the feeling this was done so these screen could mounted in portrait with multiple monitors. If the buttons had be arrange horizontally instead of vertical this would be less of an issue. The power brick that comes with these monitors is the wall-wart kind where the plugs are on the brick. I would have liked to see a brick with a short pig tail like a laptop brick so less outlet space is taken up. the cable is plenty long enough however. The stand was super easy to attach and in the future I expect it to be just as easy to remove should I need to. However it is a bit wobbly at the point where the stand attaches to the monitor. Though I attribute that to it being such a large monitor and there will be some flex no matter what. It is by no means excessive. Some day I may buy monitor arm so its great that there is a vesa mount option. I so far I love these monitors. The brushed look and matte screen make them look very clean. For anyone concerned they would look very smart in a business setting. These are the first screens Ive bought brand new for personal use and I have no complaints. I use my PC for coding, 3D CAD, Wed surfing, movies/Youtube and some light gaming and everything looks great. They are supper bright. I may attempt to do a color calibrating but Overall Im happy with the current setting. I did change to the Movie setting with bluelight shift 30%

Love the monitor it is crisp and clean. I hate the packaging though it’s not discreet at all since it’s literally the product box. With so many package thieves I probably would of had this stolen if my neighbor didn’t grab it for me and hide it. Plus the box had a big dent and the top of the monitor has a small scratch

The product is multiple voltage compatible, that voltage arrange is 100-240V
