> 3 dayI got this monitor becuase at college ive become a laptop user, and thought a larger 27-inch monitor could be helpful for gaming. While I think that might still be the case, this is not the monitor to do it on. While it kinda feels smooth, its not a crisp smoothness, rather each frame melts into the next one. If you need to make any fast movements (flicks) then it will become blurry beyond comprehension. Picture quality is okay, port selection is fine, and the stand is solid, but a beefy power brick makes it cumbersome to setup in smaller locations (college dorm). If youre a competitive gamer, Id advise you to buy a clearer monitor at 120-144hrz which you could find around the same price, or save up a little extra for a monitor that will last you longer and actually help you achieve your potential, because this monitor is unfortunately, not it.

> 3 dayAfter a month of using this monitor: its not good. It suffers from heavy ghosting and a response time that is above 1ms. *Which was not advertised, but it should be standard. If you try to fix the ghosting, the panel becomes unreadable due to how much the brightness gets lowered with the anti-ghosting feature that doesnt work. I dont know why it has the RGB on the back. Its a pointless feature that drives up costs that could be used on a better panel. Pros: Good price for 240hz Bezel-less Lots of input options Cons: Not 1ms Ghosting beyond belief Anti-ghosting feature does little to nothing Extremely dim I really wish I could get my money back.

> 3 dayIts large and it puts together very well. Comprehensive instructions so there wasnt any confusion. However, the colors. Particularly RED. No matter what I do red is at best an orange. Its extremely noticeable, and even when I tweak the monitors settings, nothing fixes it. In general colors on this monitor are less vibrant than my other one through Asus. I wouldnt mind if it was so pervasive, so drastic, orange stands out. A lot.

> 3 dayPLEASE READ! I want to start off that my first gaming monitor was a sceptre 24in 165hz and I absolutely love it. It made my gaming experience a lot better. It’s been over 3 years that I had purchase it and it still is working amazing. I currently still have it. I wanted to get a upgrade and use my old one as a second monitor. Sadly, I was very excited to get this monitor but I had trouble with it on the first day. When I change to 240 hz on my pc display it will black screen on and off when I try to play a game. My first reaction was to look up what may cause this issue. The first option is that it might be my display port may be loose or I need a 1.4 dpi to support it. So I had purchase a new 1.4 dpi and it still did the same. I wanted to be very optimistic and thinking it may be the dpi be faulty. So I had to set up my old monitor and it didn’t have no issue at all. Overall I was very disappointed with this purchase. I hope in the future I won’t have to hesitate to thinking of buying a sceptre monitor. But as my experience I can’t say I won’t.
