Greater than one weekMy 6 month old still had some cradle cap on top of her head. Put some organic raw coconut oil let it sit for 2 minutes. Went to work with this soft brush and it took it off with ease. Didnt hurt the baby at all. She actually enjoyed it, must of felt like a little massage. I recommend it, also brushes her baby hair beautifully.
