Overall, this is a great product. Definitely saved me after a workout. However, the only thing I have to say is the amount of product is not much for what you pay for. I wish they gave more than less than half the tub.

The after taste is wierd and not good. Yes it has grade A ingredients but the taste sucks!!

Me encanta este producto, tengo aproximadamente 8 meses consumiéndolo. Me parece muy notorio cuando tomo el BCAA y cuando no. Es decir... sí un día no lo tomo al momento de hacer mis ejercicio de fuerza me canso mucho más rápido. Sí promete lo que dice... te da una energía increíble, sin sentir que se te desborda el corazón. Tiene un delicioso sabor, es refrescante. También ayuda mucho a mi composición corporal. Tengo dos meses consumiéndolo por las mañanas en ayunas al hacer cardio, y me funciona bastante bien para mantener mis músculos. En general creo que es un excelente producto, cumple con las expectativas y no he presentado síntomas que pudieran perjudicar mi salud.

This purview is predominately based on flavor and texture as there are different ingredients in each of these products. The initial Taste of a powder is sweet very good compared to Optimum Nutrition however once I mixed it it has a really weird back taste the front tasting watermelon that tastes like a stevia-based product and mixes well. I will continue to use it and see how it goes but first gulp goes to ON.

Si entrenas y haz tomado este Bcaa sabrás lo bueno que es! Literal cuando lo tomo se acentuan mas mis musculos y da una energia increible. Lo amo

This BCAA is the best thing that ever happened to my fit and healthy lifestyle!! It really takes your workout routine to another level. When I first read the reviews I thought people were exaggerating, but boy, was I wrong! I now buy to bottles every month (I don’t live in the US, so I need to make sure I have enough) because I don’t think I ever want to workout without having taken my BCAA! It also tastes great! My favorite flavor so far is piña colada, but grape is also very good! I want to try watermelon but it has been sold out for a while...

I have tried only once during training. I think for me it would be better to drink it before training because at the half of the training I started to feel more energized, and I would prefer that feeling from the beginning. The taste was great, especially because Im not that into sweet and it was perfect! The smell wasnt that good. At some point, I had to drink it without smelling... Im not sure if I would repurchase again. Thats the reason I dont give this product a five-star rate.

The ingredients are amazing. Most importantly the HMB and Hica. I have a very physical job where I don’t get to eat much til I get home. Drinking this not only helps me maintain my muscle mass, it helps my achy joints and tendons. The grape flavor is delicious and subtle when mixed into a 64oz water can. People need to stop complaining about taste and smells with supplements and remember why you’re taking it. This is why people don’t eat vegetables but your life depends on it. Stop complaining. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet, but my next purchase will be watermelon. This product mixes great and not clumpy like other bcaa powders. That was a issue I had in past with other products. Not this one. Again for people saying it’s too sweet, get a bigger water bottle. I’m grateful it’s stevia and not Splenda (sucralose) garbage for my gut biome. Happy gains and recovery fellow humans !
