I was in a search for a new headset that would have a boom mic (for better sound quality), a mute button on the headset (to mute the mic when I roam the house while in a call), and BlueTooth connectivity (for better cable management). This headset met all three requirements. The sound is clear and the volume can go very high if you choose to. My only small gripe is that the Mute On and Mute Off announcements (as well as power on/off announcements) are made at a constant and pretty high volume. I wish they would follow the current volume settings. So far, this is the best headset of maybe a half a dozen I tried before retiring my old DECT unit.

How to pair 2 devices at the same time:
Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 6-7 seconds to power on, you can see the indicator light flashing red and blue alternately. At this time, turn on the Bluetooth on your first device, find "KH-23" and click to connect. The indicator will turn blue when connected.
Step2: After connected to the first device, turn off the Bluetooth of your first device, and then the Bluetooth headset will enters the pairing status automatically. Turn on the Bluetooth on your second device, search "KH-23" and click to connect.
Step3: After connected with second device, turn on the Bluetooth on you first device, search "KH-23" and click to connect. Now the Bluetooth headset is connecting with 2 devices.

A: When KH-23 is connected with your cell phone successfully once, it will reconnect to the paired device automatically when power on. If failed, please connect it manually: Press and hold the MFB for 5-7 seconds to enter into pairing mode, then click and connect KH-23 on the Bluetooth list on your cell phone.
