> 24 hourBought a StarTech.com USB 3.0 to 2.5” SATA III Hard Drive Adapter Cable so I could migrate old hard drive. Worked perfectly once I figured out where to download Samsungs migration app (there are two similar-sounding apps, only one is for migration). Fit my Acer netbook perfectly.

> 24 hourThe SSD replaced a failing hard drive, and the laptops performance improved. It wasnt as dramatic as I was led to expect, but its nice to know that the hard drive wont eventually wear out or suddenly die at an inopportune moment.

> 24 hourThis is a solid performer and very reliable (20+ installs). In the past I have always used Acronis Trueimage backup/recover when migrating - mainly because Samsungs Migration software never worked for me. This time Acronis revealed its dark side and failed repeatedly without any hints as to why. I resorted to Samsung Migration tool and it work flawlessly; I will use it next time. As for TrueImage, my Acronis anxiety is at code orange.

> 24 hourIf this can handle the rapid and intense needs of high end pc gaming, this also should be able to handle most of your productivity needs like butter. This is more than enough for my current PC gaming setup, as every game loads faster than most people with old hard drives do. 1tb space is huge compared to my old 250 gb SSD, though pretty soon im going to be filling it up a lot more. in terms of raw capacity size an SSD might be outclassed by the older Hard Disk Drive until the tech for SSD gets better and allows for more space and better cost effectiveness.

> 24 hourThere is honestly nothing to dislike about this product. I put it in my 7-8 years old Lenovo T420, and it works as fast as a MacBook. It works more quickly than other SSDs that I have used in my other laptops, and it also performs quicker than some other brands m.2 SSDs. I highly recommend this product. I have not had any trouble with it, and I think it is a great buy.

> 24 hourMy HP laptop was purchased in 2013 and has not given me any problems. I upgraded to Windows 10 this spring (still free) but some of my software is a bit old. For example my Office program is 2003. Things were getting a bit slow. My first thought was to purchase a new computer. By chance I discovered how cheap SSD drives had become. I installed an SSD drive and for all practical purposes my old laptop functions no different than a brand new laptop computer. I love it.

> 24 hourI wish I took photo while installing it on my PC. It works super fast and I do game streaming which needed little more boost up on my PC speed. It does all what you need.
