I bought this directly from Samsung, trading in my Tab S5E. This supposed upgrade is a big letdown. Going up 2 generations, and from the SE model to the higher end S model I expected a lot more.

This Tab S7+ does everything I need and looks great doing it!!

Ive had the tablet for a week and from what Ive experienced the battery life is good. Screen quality looks great, but I had problems with the screen since day one. I bought this to primarily write notes and started doing so the day I got it. I realized that day that there was one area where the pen wasnt writing. Luckily there was an update and that fixed it. The problem came back two days later, but this time, in two areas. I contacted tech support and a hard reset solved it for that day. I shouldnt be having these problems considering Ive only had it for a week! I turn it off when Im not using it and had it all covered and protected the day I received it. Im very disappointed in this product.
