Fast, excellent capacity

I cant find anything I dont like about this tablet. I like it because it works just like my phone.

For an overall tablet its great. Does everything needed for a tablet. Bloatware from Samsung should be able to be disabled, but thatll never happen.

Expensive paper weight

I bought this product specifically for note taking and storing my textbooks. I havent started my school year yet but from the time I spent reading ahead and doing my own private studying, I was greatly pleased. Its super fast. Writing on the tab feels natural. I definitely recommend it for students. The battery life last about 2 days on full. Reading on the tab is super comfortable and easy. Definitely a great motivator to study

While the product works it is fantastic; however, I have ordered 2 in the span of 4 months. Both came in a large amazon box with NO packaging/protection. Just the samsung tablet box bouncing around inside of another box. Right out of the samsung box the tablet screen would flicker and black out temporarily. temporarily turned into permanently after a bit of use. I never dropped it. Sat on a desk flat for the few weeks it functioned. Amazons support says to re install the OS; but, they cant seem to understand the screen is broken from shipment. Ive waiting hours on hold with various samsung numbers. I thought it was just bad luck and because I cant seem to find the right contact information or link for help/support Ill just buy another one; but, same thing is happening with the second one. Writing this poor review in the hopes Im contacted to get actual support because Ive spent hours on hold with various numbers from Amazon and Samsung.

I rated this a 2 because of Bixby I just wasted and hour trying to figure out how to get rid of it. It is horrible of samsung to force it on the tablet with no choice if you want it or not. It is almost impossible to get rid of or at least disable so you can turn power off. Very mad. I want it off my tablet. Also it is beyond belief that with a tablet that cost this much doesnt have a written user manual included. A download makes it hard to do anything on the tablet that you need help with at the time. Very disappointed and Mad. Thinking about returning and getting a microsoft surface. Should have gone with first instinct. Next time I will.
