> 24 hourI loved my tablet and used it every, mostly to play a paint by number app. On average, I charged the battery every two days. THEN I just now opened my tablet and it wasnt charged, I plugged it in and it didnt charge and wouldnt turn on. Now I dont know what to do. Ive only had this tablet for less than 2 years. I did not purchase the extended warranty. The tablet and the keyboard cover cost just shy of $600.00 New (not a refurbished one). I now have 3 Galaxy Tabs that dont work anymore, because its less expensive to buy a new one instead of shipping it back and the cost of fixing it.

> 24 hourI rated this a 2 because of Bixby I just wasted and hour trying to figure out how to get rid of it. It is horrible of samsung to force it on the tablet with no choice if you want it or not. It is almost impossible to get rid of or at least disable so you can turn power off. Very mad. I want it off my tablet. Also it is beyond belief that with a tablet that cost this much doesnt have a written user manual included. A download makes it hard to do anything on the tablet that you need help with at the time. Very disappointed and Mad. Thinking about returning and getting a microsoft surface. Should have gone with first instinct. Next time I will.
