My wife has a Tab S and it she loves it. I bought this Tab A for myself. I didnt need all the functions of the Tab S. The Galaxys are great tablets. Battery lasts a long time. My only minor complaint is that it is a bit slow to boot up but overall I like it a lot.

I bought the Tab A8 to replace a 6yr old Tab S2 whose battery is dying and performance is getting glitchy. Theres no finger print reader on the Tab A8 and the face recognition works less than 1 out of 10 times. The Tab A8 is performing only marginally faster, if at all, than that old S2 and will not work with S pens or active styluses. I should have spent a little more to get the S6 Lite with S pen. Had I done so, I could have pursued my dream of becoming the worlds most successful digital wildlife illustrator, but now Im stuck with this useless Tab A8 and my life is ruined. Damn you A8!

Its a perfect size. Fast. I use it for reading books and play simple games. Awesome tablet.

Cannot use palm rejection sensitivity to actually write notes as with other tablets on the market. Good if you dont need to use for anything serious

I originally bought this in Nov 2022 and had to replace it by Jan 2023 because it stopped charging (with the cord and wall box that came with the tablet). It is May 2023 and I have the same issue again. (And no, I dont have this issue with any of my other devices - phone, laptops, misc electronics, etc. So it is not the wall plug or my home that is the issue.)

Great iPad has a good battery life but takes to long to charge and It works great but it doesnt have a good storage compasity.

This is an amazing price. Just 5 years ago, the $100 Chinese tablet I got was horrible. Today that same $100 can get you an amazing tablet. Weve come a long way. I would highly recommend this tablet. IPad quality with a cheap china price.

I bought this tablet for gaming and other entertainment purposes, as a highly portable piece of tech for travel, as well as an oversized remote for my android TVs. It will run any game on the Google Play Store but expect some choppiness before the machine has it fully loaded and handling the software its been asked to execute. But it CAN run it. I expected this from my $150 investment and this is why:

It’s soooo much better than any IPad. My grandkids have iPads and they take forever to charge. Not my tablet!
