This tablet would have been just the thing I needed, but Google Play just stopped working after three days. I have tried everything suggested in the various web articles to fix the problem. Additionally, Samsung tech support is useless. Those people merely regurgitate whatever remedies you may find on the web yourself. My suggestion is that you dont waste your time and money on this tablet and look elsewhere for something reliable.

Battery life has been really good. Picture and video are very bright.

Set up was fast and the Android system is easy and intuitive. Quality product and would recommend it as a low cost tablet.

Bought for teens. Works great! Definitely happy with what we got for the price.

The device is not compatible with the Verizon network, as advertised. I have spent an hour on the phone with Verizon support, they have been given the SIM/ICCID number as well as the IMEI number, but they get the same error each time: Device not compatible. There doesnt seem to be a way to contact the seller directly, the support buttons just lead to Amazon support, and it simply leads to the return page. Its a brand new, sealed tablet with a preinstalled sim card that boots to a Verizon welcome screen, and yet cant connect to the Verizon network. Some seller support would be great.

It’s a good quality screen is good

I have been using Samsung Tab A7 (SM-T500) for a few months. I use it as a primary tablet when I am not on a desktop computer. Tab A7 comes with 32G storage and it only allows a portion for user. So, it went out of space very shortly. I decided to replace Tab A7.

Got this tablet for my 4yr old son and it is perfect love the size and also all of the Parental settings I can set up on it! 5 out of 5stars for sure
