I have an s20 and I must say there is no comparison. Its super slow, I dont even enjoy using it.

Stylus pen doesnt work with this tablet

These were purchased for each of our group homes shortly after a state-wide, pandemic-related shut-down was enacted. Because families werent able to come visit, and because the people we support werent able to attend their day programs in person, these tablets were an effective and economical way to ensure that people could still participate in the usual activities of their daily lives, even if they were unable to do so in person.

This damned thing is annoying in that if you wait for more than like 5 seconds to touch something on the screen, then you have to move your finger all around the screen to wake up the touchscreen feature again to continue with what you were doing.

I stream music at work. This little baby functions quickly and the battery life is fanamal!!

It completely stopped charging. Doesnt matter how many different chargers I tried it just wont charge. Dont waste your money

So I brought this tablet on March 21, 2021, not realizing its an international tablet and after 3 or 4 months I CAN NO LONGER use this tablet, I have no idea what happened, not sure if the update messed the tablet up but I cant get into the tablet its stuck on an error screen I sent it to two repair shops neither could help me and I even sent it into Samsung and they couldnt even help me, I contacted the company I purchased the tablet from and they couldnt help me either. I got no money back for the product or no replacement what a WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Bought 6 of these for online class for some toddlers back in Jamaica and they are hold up pretty well. Worth every penny

I can’t figure how to get it off Spanish and get English. Also can’t turn it on. Someone told me I need a PIN stick. Please reply!! Thank you very much.
