> 3 dayI replaced my husbands old Samsung tablet because it was slowing down and running out of memory. The new one is great for the most part, but beware new versions of apps that used to be ad-free and now are not! The constant interruptions by video advertising and popup ads, especially at start-up, are very irritating. The new version of Polaris, which he uses for song lyrics while playing in a band, is plagued by ads. The new Tune-In app he uses also is ad-heavy. We have not payed the ransom for the premium versions, which are supposedly ad-free. Cant blame Samsung for this, but Tune-In was pre-installed so they are aiding and abetting.

> 3 dayThe tablet is fine. I have serval Samsung products. The problem is the placement of the power cord is terrible. It should be on the same side as the earphone port. Plus the power cord is way to short. Then all my other Samsung power cords do not work, because the new one is bigger. You have to buy adaptor to use what you already have. More money for Samsung. I purchased the adaptors, they are so small I have lost them already. Not happy with the new design. Not sure if I will be purchasing another Samsung tablet.

Greater than one weekI got this for my son a year ago (after his first Samsung tablet broke) and then guess what happens? This one breaks too. I had one of the highest rated cases for it after his first ones screen shattered and it still busted somehow (my son is older so he knows to be careful with it too). I’ve had my iPad for multiple years, that’s survived all kinds of bumps. But apparently two Samsung tablets can’t even survive two years. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

> 3 dayIm a guy whose previous tablet was a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. So the speed improvements were the first thing I noticed. The battery life is good too, no need to be charging every 5 minutes. The screen resolution is great for watching HD movies on Netflix and YouTube. A nice and simple tablet that will remain relevant for years.

> 3 dayI needed a reliable tablet with good battery life, this one fit the bill, and at a great price. I purchased this, so that I could looks at assembly procedure videos at work, and to train others. I like how it goes into sleep mode if you leave it on, and does not drain the battery.

> 3 dayI returned it because I didnt like how poorly it performed. I recently bought the Tab S6 on a sale which is amazing. It is not in the same price range though. The truth is, if all you need a tablet for is media consumption and reading its probably fine. If you plan on gaming or photo work, I recommend something better.
