It is a note 8 in tablet form factor, but missing a critical component for financial and health care apps and others that use fingerprint authentication. Sorry Samsung and apple, neither this nor Apples product replace a PC. So its basically a content consumption device. Would have bought one @ pre order if it had the fingerprint reader or if Samsung can make the iris scanner work in place of the fingerprint sensor. Biometric login is a must have for me.

I just got this tablet today and I like it a lot, however the charger is defective. I had to use a different one to charge the tablet. You would that theyd test everything before sending it out.

Ive been planning on buying this tablet since last year. Great screen quality, great pen and note taking experience. Very responsive. I just hope there are more options for android note taking and pdf annotation applications. Other than that, this is a perfect tablet. I will not exchange the customizability of samsung/android tablet over an apple tablet. The performance is not that far apart and this is much cheaper. Though I hope android gets the same level of note/pdf annotation applications that apple tablets enjoy. If the Drawboard PDF releases an android version of its program, then this would be the best tablet.

My son buys a new one every few years and always buys Samsung, he says they are the best.

I love it as far as the sound and display which are awesome. The Samsung store did not have the app for Optimum and I had to go to Google play store.Unfortunately the app doesnt work as well as it did on my old iPad. Also the Facebook app doesnt seem to work well on the Galaxy tab. I find I have to flip the pad in order to see the page in a normal view not a zoomed in view.

I would like it come with earbud and flexible adapter the i can change the holders pins to uses the charger for a UK sockets

Not a fan of the tablet, It is wayyy to expensive for what you get.

Great tablet for work or leisure.
