I purchased this SSD to put into my Acer laptop as a secondary drive to the 512 GB M.2 which runs the Operating system. The M.2 had started to become a bit full as I havent yet been able to get video and lossless music backed up onto hard drives on my desktop system and I wanted to move them onto the secondary drive.

It works perfectly, very high performance, very easy installation.

No problems. It performs as it should.

I did use this for gaming but moved up to a 980 stick m2 SSD. I use this in a different PC for general uses. Works great and is much faster the HDD. Price is good and this would be a great upgrade. Make sure your motherboard supports a new SSD drive.

I bought this SSD to upgrade my Asus laptop. It did take about four hours to clone my HDD to this SSD. I used the free software from the Samsung site and it was seamless. When the cloning was finished, installed the SSD and my laptop booted up in 15 seconds. Photoshop, Lightroom and other large applications respond very fast
