    Runs well. Upgraded my PS4 Pro with this. Noticable difference in loading and install times. The UI is much snappier and no more menu lag on the quick menu. A lot of games now load too quickly for me to read the tips that sometimes come up. Games that had slow loading graphic models are no longer having issues.

    The Samsung SSD drives have been a standard for a long time and are quite reliable. To save money I had purchased a very inexpensive no-name SSD and had it fail abruptly one day. The system is used for a Digital Audio Workstation so the drive gets exercised probably more than normal office use.

    This is clearly a quality drive - but if youre new to SSDs or Windows 10 - you might get frustrated trying to install/access this. It is NOT plug and play and nowhere does anyone tell you about the bug in Windows 10 that prevents the drive from being seen in Explorer when you first connect it. It WILL instantly show up (and proper drivers will load) in Device Manager. But you need to use Disk Management to format the drive. There are excellent videos on Youtube walking you through the process. Its not terribly obvious - its not directly described as formatting the drive - but rather as configuring a simple partition. Once done, it will instantly appear in Explorer (ThisPC) and you can get on with using it. NOWHERE is this mentioned - so it can look like its a defective product, when its really just Windows and the products documentation thats lacking.
