Very comfortable walking shoe! Hope Rockport keeps this style for the long stretch.

Hubby has a difficult time finding footwear that fits properly and are comfortable. I purchased these for him. He really likes these and wants to purchase other Rockport footwear

Decades ago, I heard a podiatrist say, Dont let them tell you that you have to break in a shoe before it feels like it fits well. What youre breaking in is your foot, not the shoe, because your foot is more malleable. Rockport walkers and sneakers are flexible right from the beginning, so that, if you buy the right size, theres no breaking in of shoe or foot to do. Thats why I have worn them for at least twenty years.

I had a previous pair of this model and I think the sizes shrunk a bit. It was very tight in the middle of the foot. But shoe is well made.

You kind of get the impression these are more substantial shoes from the appearance in the photos, theyre not. These are honestly more like sneakers. Theyre comfortable, light, and attractive, but not at all heavy duty.
