I use this in my substrate recipe for my Tarantulas. It works well as an additional item in the mix.

My desert tortoise really liked it. I also like that it had calcium in it!

Sure is sand. My beardie boy likes it, it’s kind of hard for him to walk on but that’s not the sand’s fault.

Our pet loves it

I used this as a second layer substrate on top of a sand mat layer for my Bearded Dragons terrarium. He seems to like it, it gives him something to dig into a little bit when hes walking along the bottom. Theres some controversy over whether or not sand is safe for Bearded Dragons because of consumption. However if you keep an eye on your beardie or take him or her outside of the terrarium for feeding, its not a huge issue.
