Ni es compatible para el jetta mk4 pero logre modificar para que encajara al arnes original con ingenio tiene la solución

Wires mapped correctly to VW harness. Power and speaker wire gauge is too small; works, but should really match the original wire thickness. Instructions were provided, but were vague. Included antenna adapter fit, but should have been an amplified cable as required to work with a VW, so basically useless.

Easy too install just plug this into your factory wiring harness and then connect the color coded wires to your aftermarket wiring harness this just bridges the two together with no fuss
