The solar-powered security camera can work anywhere with a cell tower, no need electric outlet or Wi-Fi.
No Wi-Fi required:

SIM card:
This outdoor wireless security camera comes with a prepaid SIM card, you need to subscribe to a monthly cellular data plan. If you need multiple cameras, each camera will need its own data plan. If you need to use your own SIM card, choose from Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T.
Note: The 4G cellular security camera support Motion-triggered recording but not support 24/7 recording and does not support a WiFi Connection.

The cellular security camera do not require a WiFi or wired connection to transmit photos/video over a 4G LTE connection.
The 4G Camera Solar Outdoor is US version that is suitable to use in the United States. Not compatible for countries outside the US.

1). Check whether the SIM card is fully inserted into the correct card slot;
2). Check whether the data is sufficient so that the indicator light is always blue;
3). Try to reset the Camera and use the APN connection;

Steps to set up the camera:
1. Insert the Nano-SIM (Included) into the SIM card slot of the camera.
2. Download CloudEdge APP. Run the "CloudEdge" application, click and select "4G Camera".
3. Turn on the camera and wait for the the indicator light turns blue and flashes (Be careful to distinguish the SIM card slot and SD card slot)
4. Use CloudEdge APP to scan the QR code on the body of the camera.After hearing the "Bugu" sound from the camera until the QR code is successfully recognized, click the "Hear the sound" button.
5. After you click "Hear the sound", the camera will start connecting to your smartphone. Follow the user manual to finish the initial setup.
