Light weight and I like the bag, but it arrived scratched. The packaging was insufficient and seems like it had already been returned and thrown back in a box.

I’ve taken this on a few local trips and one long distance trip that included several planes, trains, and cars. It held up great, fits a ton of stuff, is easily maneuverable and looks very cute!

First trip to Europe. Zip falling apart. Only one zip works now. Stitching holding zip to bag also coming apart. Bag isn’t even full as I wanted to leave enough space to bring items back.

Doesn’t feel cheap. Seems like it will last a while.

The handle on this suitcase is stuck after using it once. How do I get a refund?

Purchased for a gift and it lives up to its bling factor Shipped and packed well and the wheels move well. Handle also slides well. Pleased with this product

Used this recently for a trip and I loved it. Very easy to maneuver and great space for packing for long weekend! Hopefully it’s durable; but so far, so good!

This suitcase literally made 1.5 trips before the zipper ripped! Although the suitcase is stylish and lightweight it is NOT worth the investment. It actually feels cheaply made so it wasnt entirely surprising when it gave out carrying about 40lbs! DO NOT BUY!

I bought this late last year and have used it (the large one) on 3 trips now- all with United Airlines. On trip 3 - when we arrived at destination- the wheel had ripped off. Please see picture above- bottom right hand side. It is not reparable. I am a frequent traveler and have had my previous suitcase for 10 + years- no issues. I just needed a larger bag. I recommend you do not purchase this suitcase. It is not good quality I have read several other reviews where the wheel (s) broke off.

I received this product on April 5. I did not use it until my trip scheduled April 27-May 5. A piece of the suitcase broke off on my outbound flight on the first use. The suitcase wheel broke off on my return flight. I fly priority and I know the baggage claim people couldnt have damaged the suitcase that badly during loading or unloading. So, the product had to be faulty to start with. Now, Im not allowed to return it because its 2 days after the latest return date. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
