Like all RGB perimeter illuminated mouse mats, this one uses a single strand of optical fibre that extends around the perimeter of the mat. The problem in Razers case is that the optical fibre strand simply isnt long enough to evenly extend around the perimeter. There are various YouTube videos instructing consumers to try and push this cable around to flatten out the mat. Do not do this. It will only make it worse. Send it back for a refund.

great rgb lighting the surface is nice soft if you have oily or sweaty hands ill stay away for the mercury or quartz finish go with the black color for it wont stain as fast as the light colored ones.

Item rolled flat right away. I was worried about it being warped but the new package prevents that. Supper bright!

Overall, very nice mousepad.; I really loved it. And I didnt have any issues with it laying flat. However, the Pink/Gray pad gets dirty so easily and its impossible to clean. I followed the cleaning instructions and wiped it with water which removes stains but leaves watermarks. So then the watermarks need to be cleaned. And the watermarks from cleaning the watermarks need to be cleaned and so on - its a a never ending process! Disappointing. Returned.

I had two main issues with this product, while my computer was off it would flash white in intervals of 1s. I found a fix by disabling fast boot which stinks :( also the grip on the bottom does not work as well as id like it. It slides around during gaming and casual use.

Love this so much. I’m really enjoy Razer’s chroma. It’s crazy how a responsive mousepad has changed my gaming experience!
