After receiving this product, I started to notice a bulge forming in front of the keyboard after a very short period of time. I tried gently to flatten it out but, it just seemed to be stretched. I reached out to Razer directly and they hemmed and hawed for 12 emails back and forth, having me try different techniques to fix it, or just telling me to try just flatting it out, as if I hadnt already exhausted all measures to fix it prior to reaching out. I honestly got so sick of their customer service just refusing to replace it because after 4 weeks of emails, I still hadnt gotten any close to a fix. I recently had to have a razer deathadder mouse replaced from a broken scroll wheel, which took 4 months to complete the RMA, and it is just not worth it for this mediocre product. Does it look good when its normally flat and synced with other Razer peripherals? Sure. Did it hold up at all to my limited use of it? No. As you can see from the pictures, it curls up around the edges, and looks incredibly stretched. Amazon didnt want to help in the first place as I was outside of the 30 day return policy. So now Id just rather everyone see the possible way this product could turn out for you in the future. Just get a normal mouse pad, thats what Ill be replacing this with. However probably not a razer one this time around.

Its flawless for the first month but after a couple months of use the middle of the pad loses color. Also if youre not very gentle on your mouse movement the pad gets scratched.

I was super eager to purchase this mousepad to coordinate my color schemes one year ago. Today, I wish I had my money back.

Got this half off on sale and just a great addition for my workstation. The RGB looks good and the product is the perfect size for my desk. There is easily enough space for my mouse and mechanical keyboard.

The only reason I got this mat as opposed better mat was to match the rest of the pink razer kit. So just like other reviewers have said, it did no lay flat at first but after some easy massaging and setting some books on it the first couple days it relaxed into a perfectly flat position so no complaints there. It does this because of the light tube that is sewn into it and it semi-rigid and the cloth is not heavy enough flatten it out after being shipped rolled up in a box. Just be patient it will get better and may need a little help.

desde el primer día que compré el mousepad, venía con muchos dobleses, he hecho de todo para tratar de arreglarlo y jamás se pudo, solo con el tiempo cada vez se hace mas inusable, el soporte me dijo que como no tienen soporte en México entonces uno tiene que pagar el envío a Usa, para que te lo revisen y/o cambien, una verdadera vergüenza porque sale mas barato comprarte otro, un SteelSeries por ejemplo.

Tuve que descocer las esquinas para poder acomodar la fibra óptica. también cortar el interior para poder ajustarla perfectamente al tamaño del tapete y que no quedara arrugado.

Got this as a gift. I have a lot of razer products and was expending better quality. This doesn’t lie flat and it’s impossible to get it to.

Perfect size for use with a Blackwidow Chroma and Razer Mamba. Even with the keyboard a few inches in from the left, there is plenty of space for mouse movement. Tracking is excellent with the Mamba and the RGB lighting is brighter than expected but adjustable
