> 24 hourPad stopped working after six months. My computer warned me that it was suddenly drawing excessive power and then shut itself off to prevent damage. I contacted Razers customer service, only to be asked to go through a series of troubleshooting steps that I had already done before I contacted them. They also wanted me to record a video of me going through the troubleshooting process. Sorry, I cant figure out how to hold my phone in one hand while plugging and unplugging the pad in several USB ports while also messing around with various settings in their Synapse software. Then Im supposed to upload the video to my personal Google Drive account and send them the link. Im going to throw this pad in the garbage where it belongs and consider it a $40 lesson for never buying another Razer product again. A decent company would just have me send the pad back and exchange it, but Razer is clearly not decent. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Consider this a warning not to buy Razer because if theres a defect, youll go through h*ll just to prove to them that you indeed have a problem. Razer should learn to trust their customers, but I guess this says more about them than it does about us.

> 24 hourMuy grande y cómodo, el hecho de que sea duro hace que sea fácil de utilizar y mover el mouse por encima sin que se doble. Fácil de instalar, no me dio problemas Synapse en reconocerlo.

> 24 hourGood quality, wasnt sure how I would feel about a hard mousepad but this one is really nice. Had it for a few weeks no peeling or separation. No warping even after keeping it on uneven levels for two weeks and using it everyday. Ive used it with long nails its pretty scratch proof but fingerprints will show up in pictures lol overall very happy with it. Just wish it could do the fire effect.

> 24 hourI like how my mouse glides over this mouse pad. Very nice. I dont use the light too much because the computer is in my room and I dont want the light at night, but when I do use it, it adds a little bit of a nice touch. But what I really do love, again, is how it feels when I use this. Good size, too. I dont ever run out of mouse space when working or gaming. I dont love everything that Razer does, but with this product, I recommend it.

> 24 hourThe rgb does not match my razer mouse nor my razer keyboard (specifically the turquoise/light blue preset color) but a good mousepad otherwise.

> 24 hourThe size is a bit small for gaming, especially FPS compared to other hard pads.

> 24 hourWhat kind of mouse pad do you use with a Razer Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse? A Razer Firefly Gaming Mouse Pad, of course. The mouse also includes a charging station and when all three are connected to the same computer via USB and running the Razer Synapse software, all the lights operate together in sync.

> 24 hourThe mouse pad itself is great and the RGB effects and a great addition. The software that controls the RGB is very easy to use and understand. Great for an enthusiast building a great setup, but not a necessity.

> 24 hourTerrible product that broke down in just over a month. Razer support will do nothing to honor the warranty. They want a video showing the surface but wont listen that the video dont show the texture difference. Will never buy another Razer product. Seller was great and fast shipping.
