Greater than one weekThis stand has provided a much more suitable workspace for my laptop. I no longer sit hunched over my laptop for hours at a time. I use this with a wireless keyboard and mouse. This type of set up requires the use of peripheries such as keyboard and mouse, so you will need to be prepared to invest in these extras for this product to be utilised appropriately. I have found that this combination greatly improves my comfort when spending hours at the desk. If youre a casual laptop user, you probably dont need this but for those who use their laptop as their primary workstation, this is a great addition!

> 3 dayThis is the only laptop stand i would ever suggest to anyone. At first I was hesitant because of the price - $65 for a piece of metal seemed a bit much. However, they are bomb proof, SUPER solid construction, and are the exact visual match for our all-mac office.

> 3 daySeriously, you could probably throw this thing out of a 3 story building and still use it. Its sturdy. Solid metal. Thick. It lifts my macbook up at a great angle so I can use my bluetooth keyboard and other monitor as well. A bit pricey but youre paying for quality. The hole in the back for cords is a great touch also.

> 3 dayThe Rain Design mStand is sleek and stylish. It elevates your laptop and allows for better air circulation and cooling. This is critical if you are pushing the limits of your computers processing power. I have use it with the late 13 and 15 MacBook Pros which are a great fit. I have seen other people use the new Retina MacBook Pros with this product and it looked/functioned just fine. The three biggest drawbacks are that it is not adjustable or portable and its not designed for other brands of laptops. Although many will likely fit, most will clash with the sleep metallic look of the mStand. There is not doubt about it. This is a solid MacBook Pro stand that will last a lifetime and likely be plenty sufficient for future iterations of MacBook Pros.
