Wanted to give this product five stars, but.....

Great toffee color and perfect size for large wallet. Was walking and the purse fell from shoulder. A little connector on the one of the 2 brass rings had come off. There has been no misuse of the bag or pulling on it and the rings appear to be nice quality so must be a design flaw. For this price, I expect better quality or replacement ring. Hoping the company will replace the ring but not finding contact info.

The L on London is about to fall off, it’s been 2 weeks of using it. Otherwise it is very nice leather toffee colored bag. The leather feels strong and like it with withstand everyday use. It comes with cross-body straps that are on the thinner side and are very comfortable. You can also use the one arm should strap that works well also. The purse hooks and metal details are in gold and very sturdy. It has a metal clasp at the top of the bag and it hold very strong. The purse top does not stay open but stays closed due to the metal clasp. This bag is great for day to day, office use and even travel. Someone would have to get their hand in pretty deep to get something out. I would feel comfortable traveling with it.

She damaged a Radley purse that she loved we found when traveling. We both agreed that it was fantastic quality for the price. I couldn’t find the exact one she stained, so I got this one and she likes it even better. Again, great quality at a reasonable price.

I thought this bag might be hard to retrieve items from, but it is a nice size and the opening is fine. A larger billfold might cause problems however. The leather is very nice and the stitching/quality is excellent. I am enjoying carrying this purse and have received several compliments. I am a purse “nut” and this one is a great addition to my closet!

This is my first Radley purse and I’m in love. I’m used to other designer purses. This one is very soft and roomy. It fit everything I need in it. Even came with its own protective pouch for when I’m not using it.

I purchased two of these. Beautiful bags. One in black and the other in camel. I have only one complaint about it. The hardware does not stay with regular use. I’ve lost the screws and knobs on BOTH bag handles. I thought fine maybe a glitch with the one bag but not both. There is no way to fix them. I tried calling the manufacturer no luck, they don’t repair these bags. So I’m stuck with bags that I cannot use. I will not buy these again. Save your money and get another brand.
