Greater than one weekRadioddity customer service gets a rave review here. After trying multiple times to get sound to come from the radios speaker, I wrote an email for help to Radioddity customer service. After a couple exchanges, they suggested I send the radio back and they would provide me with a new one. This all went without a hitch. New radio works great! The only reason they get 4 stars overall is that this little hassle could have been avoided with a little better quality control. But, Im happy in the end.

> 3 dayAs best i can tell the radio transmits but does not receive. I have tried all troubleshooting but nothing works. I contacted Radioddity directly and requested warranty service. The included in the email the type of antenna I had it hooked to and all the troubleshooting steps I had taken in order to confirm that the radio would not receive. Their customer service responded within 24 hours and advised that they would pass the request on to their service department. The next email I got requested a video of operating the radio (which I thought was a bit odd). I provided the video showing all setting and then actual operation of the radio itself. I have received one other response from customer service saying that they are not getting any response from their own service department. So at this point it has been over two weeks with no response and the radio will not even serve as a decent door stop. **The radios MIGHT be ok but the warranty is worthless.
