Racket Sports Set with VIVE Tracker

> 24 hourBought this kit to play Tennis and when I get it I was really wounder why it is so heavy? The weigh of tennis racket with a tracker shouldnt exceed 300-320 gramms and here we have 400+ After few hours of playing I start feeling pain in my elbow. And one more problems with vive tracker itself.. If you do really fast movements with a racket - it cant track its position correct. So, if you trying to hit hard - you missed in 90% cases.

> 24 hourFirst off I bought this directly from the Vive website. So far two of the as advertised games Ive tried do not work, racket RX and Racket Fury. However the included game Virtual Sports which the code can be found in the paddle box on the instructions, plays very nice and is extremely fun. I truly feel like Im playing tennis and ping pong especially in the harder modes. Almost worth the price just for the included game however I bought it for all the games as advertised so at this point I am still slightly disappointed. If they get the games as advertised to work then I would truly love this product.

> 24 hourThis DOES NOT work with base station 2.0. It will appear in SteamVR, but the base stations are not capable of tracking it. Base Station 1.0 will track either the old or new tracker. Base Station 2.0 will only track the new tracker, which is not what this kit comes with. Thanks for the dishonesty that wasted my time at the very least.

> 24 hourThe tracker works well, but does require a extra USB dongle plugged into the computer. The rackets are not so great. They feel good and have nice weight, but do not have haptic feedback. I tried playing Eleven: Table Tennis VR with a Vive controller versus the paddle/tracker. The paddle definitely feels nicer to hold, but without haptic feedback its a strange disconnect hitting the ball and getting no rumble. So, you trade having a more accurate handle versus getting the feedback... not really a worthwhile trade in my opinion. I have not tried playing with the tennis racket, but think it would be worse since you should get even more haptic feedback from hitting a larger tennis ball. I would rather have one nice paddle with feedback instead of the two without. Get this if you need a tracker and cant get one without the bundle. Otherwise, I would pass on this.

> 24 hourThey must be clearing stock or something cause this bundle comes with a tracker, rackets, and a game, often for like 80$. Trackers usually go for 100-120$, if youre lucky. Claiming the game can be kind of a pain though as the site is Chinese.
