Sometimes the most simple design is the best. My application was driving a racecar on a track. This simple collar works very well to support/offset/transfer the weight of my Shuberth helmet to my shoulders. My neck felt fine on the day following 84 Track miles while wearing the helmet with this foam collar. I was lucky to get an open package deal thru Amazon that saved me few dollars. This item doesnt quite fit my specific needs, but is a well designed product that definitely does what it was designed for. Fits well, and is exactly as specified in the description.

Fit good came day early

I have big neck and back issues, and this cushion really help me a lot with neck pain for long trips, it does the work, I certainly do recommend it.
