Simple low priced L-lysine from Walmart is more consistent for me in keeping herpes away.

This product is great-helps in so many ways including keeping your resistance high, fights cold sores/herpes/various skin issues and promotes general well being. I take 5-6 tablets /day and after taking this amount I rarely get sick. And-it is very inexpensive

Best Lysine - must have in-house at all times.

Ive been buying these for over 2yrs now and never had an issue. They were one of the only garlic supplements that had no real taste, smell, hint of garlic when you burp, etc. Then about 6mo ago or so the pills looked different..the coating was gone. I didnt review right away and thought eventually they would get back to how they were. Sadly..they have not. Please bring back the original!

Best lysine combo to prevent cold sores. Havent had a breakout in 6 months of using it. Used to breakout every couple months. VERY big deal to me... I paid up $4, because the company that makes this, Quantum, wont deliver to a P.O. box. Thank you for letting me use my PO box.

Perfect product for people with compromised immune systems and a history of viral infections.

I decided to add this to my regimen at about the same time we bought a far infrared sauna, so its hard to say if its this or that, but I have been much healthier overall since. Not saying that I havent felt ill at all,but over the last few years I have only felt like garbage once and I was over it in half the time of my wife......who is not good about taking vitamins, etc
