Ive been taking this for only 4 days now, so hopefully this isnt just a new supplement high. But I am so happy with how much of a difference it has made. I ordered this to help with sugar cravings mostly, as well as, a slew of other things but it has been such a great overall appetite suppressant and energy level booster paired with the Mio!! Which is saying a lot coming from me. I really did not have high expectations at all, because I have an extremely high tolerence to everything, powder, pill, supplement, etc... all natural or prescription. I take 1 scoop with a full bottle of water and a few drops of Mio, in the morning and about mid afternoon. Hopefully the results continue because Ive lost 3 lbs so far. I will edit my review if anything changes. Also, it dissolves much better than what I was expecting. If you drink it immediately it will settle in the bottom a bit but if you make some ahead of time it will be completely gone.

Glutamine5000 works great for muscle recovery. I mix it with Creatine5000 and BCAA5000 after workouts and my body feels great the following day. This company makes great products that taste great and are easy to take - no too clumpy or thick.

Concerned about my digestive issues, my Daughter did her research and found this for me. It is tasteless but does tend to thicken whatever drink you put it into. Not noticeable in my coffee. It serves my Daughters intended purpose:D

I purchased it because of its high standards, etc. And yes, I have no doubt about the product. It was very fast shipping. Consider this seller. Have no taste as it says, the way you feel mixed with the protein is very good. Other than that is a great product.

I’ve been using this for a few years now. My son recommended it and I’m quite happy with it. I mix it in to my intra-workout BCAA mix. Seems to help with recovery and muscle soreness.
