Great product! Bought something similar a few years ago thought it was the best at the time. But this product has the features that I need.

Fit over recessed trolling motor tray. Save time by mounting your units bracket to this bracket before installing on deck. The bottom of my fishfinder is about 6 inches above deck with this mount which suits me.

Seems to be a pretty sturdy mount, mounted a humminbird 898c on it, looks good and gets the unit up so you can see it

I received the mount today expecting the mounting surface to be flat. Its not either bent or bowed from the factory. However its aluminum so assume could bend it a little and make it flat.
