Every big Antenna works better then it when tuned. When are the big dogs even turned correctly??? This is just stick on the car. screw the plug into the radio and the SWR is less then 1.3 across the band. Talk 6 miles with 4 watts is doable without going to hell for lying. Can listen to locals without skip over washing them as the big dog, big ears antennas do. It also likes 162 MHz weather stations. Only negative is the 10 year warranty that have to collected in Barcelona, Spain.

I got this antenna for a Mazda 3. My wife didn’t like how the Wilson looked on top. Put it on top and hooked it up to Ronald and easy as that it was a 1.0, 1.3, 1.0. I don’t think you can ask for more than that. Did a radio check which I figured would be pointless from my driveway because I live in the boonies and to my surprise I got a load and clear response. The part I wasn’t happy about was UPS shipping. Took 3 days of being out for delivery till they finally decided to drop it off. I wish Amazon gave the option to choose shipping or filter out UPS shippers. Overall was worth the wait because it works far better than I had anticipated.

Looks like it belongs on the vehicle. Could have a longer coax but it’s just enough for a 2018 Subaru Outback

I bought several of these for our traveling show fleet. Adequate reception on President FM CB. Amazing how strong the magnet is. On several vehicles where I had no metal for magnet I used super strong hook-and-loop which worked very well.

Easy to set up, strong magnet, folds up and down flat for higher vehicles going into parking garages etc..

Sticks to my truck great even though car wash

The only complaint is the cable is to short. Installed on the roof of an 2006 Toyota Tundra

Gets good range for light use on freeways etc. looks like a factory antenna and has little to no interference

Im only giving 5 stars because it is exactly what it says it is, and does exactly what it says it will do. Its a good working antenna. Its not the best one ever made, but anyone looking for a cosmetically pleasing and good working antenna, this is it. There is no tuning available on this but overall as low swr. It makes it quick to install and get you transmitting.
