It works as design while in use. When not in use the buckle retracts into it making it a little annoying to adjust when buckling the seat belt.

I am a 51 woman, so seatbelts cut my neck, all of them... al makes and models of cars and trucks.... This childs seatbelt adjuster is the best Ive ever had. Comfy and well made. Works.

I switched from driving a sedan to an SUV and had a terrible problem with the seat belt choking me. I tried adjusting it. No dice. Found this and it’s a great design and super easy to put on. My only gripe is the quality of the snaps is low, so it can unfasten. I put sturdier snaps on it and it’s great.
