Premier ExoTrim Serrated Hoof Trimmer

These were sharp and easy to grip. I am a female who weighs 100 pounds and I was able to use these just fine. I dont know yet how long they stay sharp because I only trimmed 5 goats. Get these, we have used hedge trimmers in the past and whatever and that was a bad idea. This is much better and easier. These have the serrated edge

The orange handled hoof trimmer is from Amazon and is acceptable. The white handled hoof trimmer is from another supplier and is superior. Both have serrated edges which is preferable. Not bad blades. But the white handled one are easier to use, are larger, and the blades are replaceable. The white ones are just a few dollars more. We trim about 400 hoofs twice a year and so we keep all kinds of hoof trimmers.

The cutting jaws are very sturdy and do not distort like my previous trimmers. I use the the trimmers to trim the frog on our horses hooves. The frogs can be pretty hard in the summer. These trimmers cut the frogs without distortion.

Compared to regular trimmers these are amazing. The gripping to trim makes it so much easier. I bought a second pair because we fought over who got to use this pair!

We have bought numerous clippers to clip sheep and goat feet. These by far are the best and easiest

In the past I have used the hoof trimmers you can find at Tractor Supply. I could do maybe 2 hoof trims on all of my goats (14 of them) before they were dull. These trimmers have remained sharp for multiple hoof trims and they don’t slip when cutting hooves. Would highly recommend.

I used to use the tractor supply hoof trimmers and I could only get through a few goats before they would dull. I have one goat with extremely hard hooves that I could not trim myself before. With these trimmers, I did over 30 goats without them dulling at all, and I cut the super hard hooves myself. These are quality cutters.

Absolutely the BEST hoof shears ever made! I wasnt thrilled with the thought of serrated. My friend actually bought me my first pair when I first got goats. I just bought 2 more because nothing ever gets put back where it belongs!
