> 24 hourThoroughly impressed by the quality and portability of this product. I was hesitant about this purchase at first but once I saw the size and picture quality in person I was convinced I made a good buy. The monitor can also power on via a power bank which makes it great for mobility. A great monitor to include for your home office during this pandemic! Easy to read on screen and customize to your preferences.

> 24 hourI was looking for a high resolution, large portable monitor to go with my 17 LG Gram and this monitor fit the bill! I currently own an AOC 15.6 and a 17.3 G-Story but this external monitor is by far my favorite. Here are my favorite things about this monitor: * It has a large screen size comparable with my laptop * runs at a high 4K resolution. Although maybe the fonts are too small unless you tweak your settings. * is very light and slim compared to the G-Story monitor, but really its slim and light by any standard. * supports thunderbolt port, which allows a clean one cable solution from your laptop to your monitor since it supports both power and data. On the other hand, because my laptop has only one usb-c port, its nice that this supports charge-through setup which lets me power my monitor and charge my laptop by plugging the monitor into an external battery or power outlet. * the protective case it comes with is pretty nice and not bulky. it also has good enough grip that it wont slip at many different angles. * works with samsung phones, and has regular USB ports in case you want to use wired keyboards and mouse Some things that would have been nice to have: * as mentioned in another review, the buttons for up and down are inverted. annoying but not too bad. * Screen settings such as display brightness will not be saved if youre using the usb-c port after power is disconnected. according to the seller, this is to avoid the monitor from not being able to turn on if users connect a phone via usb-c which may not have enough power for high brightness settings. This isnt too bad once I figured out I can avoid going through the menu by holding the bottom button down to bring up brightness settings, and then press that button a few more times to change brightness settings from 1 to about 3 or 4. * portrait mode seems to work over HDMI but not over usb-c port when I tried to configure it from my laptop display settings. not really an issue for me. * includes screen protectors. however, I wasted both of mine because I couldnt get it on fast enough to avoid dust. maybe just my lack of exp putting on screen protectors for bigger screens, but the stickers it comes with to pick up dust were not usable for me. might be better to just use your own scotch tape. Overall, I am very excited about this monitor and cocopars customer service is very responsive and helpful. Also, FYI this brand also has really good reviews when i checked Amazon Japan when I noticed there were blogs that were in japanese while looking up cocopar.

> 24 hourPortable monitors are probably some of the best gadgets that appeared in the last year. They are compact (lighter and thinner than almost any laptop), and could be taken on a trip, moved from room to room etc. This 17 inch 4K, is very nice and can be used in both landscape or portrait mode, image quality is great. Having builtin USB hub and speakers is a nice touch.

> 24 hourThis is the best portable external monitor I have owned. Most if not all of my complaints are nice to have items as this monitor more than delivers on the core aspects. You can stop your search- you find the right one. Update: 1/30/22 Customer service is also excellent. I ran into a hardware issue and they took care of it almost immediately via email. Cant say enough good things about this purchase.

> 24 hourI compared several 4k 17.3 portable monitors and decided to purchase this one because: 1) its latest version supports single type-c connection for power and display for my macbook pro 15 (2018) running Catalina OS. 2) it has two USB 3.0 ports so I can connect my wireless keyboard (since my macbook pro only has Thunderbolt and Type-C ports. 3) the seller has been very responsive and helpful. Image quality is excellent. And very good warranty.

> 24 hourI got this monitor because I needed to make the best use of the space I had on a small standing desk. I got rid of a 24 inch 1920x1080 monitor and replaced it with this 17 inch 4K monitor and have been very pleased. I am about 2 feet away from this monitor and can use it at 175% magnification and get 4 windows of useful information that I can see clearly. On the 24 inch 1080P monitor I could maybe get one and a half windows, and text looked jagged. It is a lot easier on the eyes to have clear text without any blurriness or jagged letters. There is a big jump in price when you go to 17 inches and 4k up from the smaller screens and lower resolutions, but in my case the usefulness has been worth the extra cost. Other things I like are the brightness and the matt coating on the display. The monitor comes with a lot of accessories/cables. Using the power adapter that is included, you can crank the brightness up all the way to 10, which gets really bright. Im using it in a very bright room full of windows and lights and use it on level 9- level 10 is almost too bright for me indoors. If you dont plug in the extra power adapter it can still be used just from the power off of your computers USB C port, but the brightness will only go up to 4 or 5. That is still bright enough to use indoors without a lot of outside light but would be dim to try to use outside. The only issues I have had with it was trying to get it to work with a Surface Dock. For some reason I had a hard time getting the monitor to work consistently with the dock video output. I initially thought it was an issue with the monitor but plugging it directly into my computer it worked perfectly, so at this point Im blaming the dock since the monitor has been rock solid through the computer output. On the service front I did have an issue with the monitor showing a blue screen and I called the phone number on the card that came in the package. Someone answered in a couple of rings, and when I explained what I needed help with they were able to help get the problem resolved efficiently. Also there was a choice of 4 items as a bonus you can ask for when you register for the 3 year warranty. I chose the power bank that was offered, but they gave me a link to Amazon showing it was out of stock, and instead gave me a $30 credit to my PayPal account. Ultimately, I would highly recommend the monitor. It has been just what I needed.

> 24 hourBought this 1 month ago, use it almost every day. This thing is super convenient, I can plug it as my Third monitor for references, use it as the second display for my macbook. Take it with me along with my Mac mini and use it as the main remote working monitor. Or you can do like I did, mount it on the drawer beside your bed and you can play switch/PS 4 (I wish I had a PS5) with the most comfortable posture - lying on the bed. The monitor comes with 4K resolution, supports HDR, have HDMI/USBC/Mini DIsplay port. You can plug almost anything to it . Best thing is it comes with speakers, the volume is not bad at all. Pretty happy with this purchase and wish you guys find the best use of it.

> 24 hourI purchased this during the first week of lockdown for COVID-19. I have a small workspace for my laptop and I needed 4K resolution for CAD drawings. This unit arrived quickly and was easy to setup. After some trial and error with various USB-C power supplies for the monitor and laptop, I was able to run the monitor directly from the laptop with a single USB-C cable at 4K resolution. My intention is to use the monitor for client presentations one the work from home period has ended.

> 24 hourA friend recommended a portable monitor. I work remotely and sometimes from a couple of different locations. I prefer to work with two monitors and carrying around a desktop monitor is cumbersome. I decided to go with this one because of the larger size screen. My first order resulted in a defective device, but Amazon was quick to replace and I had no issues. When I received the second unit, I had an issue with extending my display. Eventually, I was able to resolve the problem by changing the resolution in settings on my Dell laptop. I was not able to use the recommended resolution. This may be due the portable monitor being 4k (not really sure). I just selected each resolution to try it and eventually found the sweet spot. I love the fold up cover that also serves as a stand. I can fold it up when done - like a notebook. Display and audio are impressive. Ive only used it for a few hours -but so far - so good! **UPDATE 7/19/2020** - I used the monitor all week and its working perfectly! Seller customer service is AMAZING! The warranty card they include in the box is a 3 year warranty. I assumed this was at an additional cost, but when I reached out, they were very quick to reply and confirm my product as registered. They even explained the details with the warranty. I also asked about purchasing a longer power cable. The one that comes with the device is only 3ft. They were responsive and patient - even offered to send me a 6ft cable for free! Id already found and purchased a 10 ft cable on Amazon. If you have a similar issue, dont buy an extension - it will cause the monitor(s) to blink - just buy a longer cable. Its a USB Type C to USB Type C cable.
