> 3 dayIm shocked how well this works given it was the cheapest 4k portable monitor I could find. Matte finish is nice, its reasonably bright, latency is not bad. It even comes with built in speakers. Aluminum shell is a nice touch. No driver download needed either. Only complaint is a tiny bit of stuttering in 4k videos, which is somewhat typical for in my experience for 4k video through USB C non-thunderbolt. Overall this will be more than adequate for my accounting work on the go. Now when will they make a 17 inch version?

> 3 dayI needed a travel monitor for when I travel for work, which is often. The screen on my Surface Pro is just way too small for me to be productive. I ran across this unit and took a chance on it. Boy, am I glad I did - its a very sharp unit with great resolution, light weight, connects seamlessly, and looks good. The overall resolution of 3840x2160 is outstanding and very hard to find in such a reasonably priced unit. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this external monitor for anyone needing more screen coverage.

> 3 dayI nice monitor with the USB-C that carries power and video on the left side and the resolution pairs almost perfectly with my 3840x2400 monitor in my notebook. This is 3840x2160 - theres a 1/2 offset but its not bad. This is much better than the 1920x1080 that I returned due to this offset. The width of the screen is a concern because it needs to fit in my backpack - this fits well. The colors are great - theres no garish unknown name plastered on the bezel. It comes with four cables, and a USB-C power block with retractable prongs. Theres some glare in the picture at the top right of the screen - this is due to a window behind me when I took the picture, it doesnt exist in the monitor. Id buy it again - assuming the quality lasts and if theres an issue - the service is good.

> 3 dayI purchased this to use with a PS5 as I travel for work to various hotels. Granted, most have TVs, but some of them leave items to be desired depending on their age. I use a C1 OLED at home, so this screen is unable to match that quality, but the picture is clear and refresh rate looks good to me (Im not a tech reviewer and dont have testing equipment, so take some random persons assessment for what you will), it worked well for playing God of War Ragnarok. The biggest thing was the portability, it easily fit in a backpack and its slim profile (similar to a tablet) is what won me over. The magnet folding cover can be a little finicky, but it works well. I probably could have sufficed with the 1080p at this size, but I am pleased with my purchase. Updating following assistance from customer service when activating warranty, they are quick to respond and will address any issues you have. Still pleased with the screen several months later.

Greater than one weekI got this monitor for use as a second screen when I’m away from home or the office. It’s so much easier than using just the little monitor on my 14’ laptop as my primary screen. It’s light, easy to hook up to the laptop, and connects easily with the USB C cable. Easy to carry with me and my laptop when I have to work away from home or the office. Love it so far!

> 3 dayUPDATE! Customer service reached out to me immediately to help find a solution. They were extremely helpful and understanding of what happened, and kept me up to date as to what was happening on the back end. They absolutely turned my experience around, I am super grateful! Thank you! -------- I work from home, so I purchased this monitor to allow myself the ability to work with an additional screen with the added benefit of easy mobility. For the first couple of months, it was such a time-saver; if youve ever grown accustomed to using two screens, you know how annoying using just one can be. It didnt take long, however, for the monitor to start giving me issues. First, the screen didnt want to turn on, and when it did, it was frozen. I tried different wires and tried different ways of connecting the screen. Nothing helped. Over time, it only got worse. I have to play with the connection for too long to get the screen to work, and even then the screen flickers the entire time. Needless to say, I am disappointed. The monitor has never been dropped or mishandled in any way. Fun while it lasted I suppose.

> 3 dayIf the monitor wont power on, unexpectedly dims, or starts to flicker, do not use your laptop as the power source. Use the supplied USB cable and the wall charger. Then try powering on your laptop WITHOUT the monitor connected and then plug it in after full boot-up. If the monitor is not automatically resolving to 4K (2840x2160) but seems stuck at HD (1920x1080), do not use a USB hub to connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. (Assuming your laptop graphics card can drive an external monitor at 4K but does not have a built-in 4K HDMI port itself.) Use a straight, in-line mini-HDMI to USB-C adapter. I highly recommend the one made by Anker (available on Amazon @ $18: https://a.co/d/2fbzmd5 ). If these steps dont work, contact Customer Service by email (much faster response than leaving a voice mail message). They will do everything humanly possible to help you.

Greater than one weekGot this for work travel, as Im used to the multiple displays I have in the office. This display is clear, bright, crisp, and being 4K, provides the real estate needed for spreadsheet work. Only requires one cable (USB-C) to work in most cases. Protective cover that acts as a stand is good, but the display tends to slip from its standing position, as the cover material is slick and the indentation that holds the display in position could be deeper. Comes with almost all the cables you would need to hook up the display, and if you need any particular adapters, seller is very good with getting you what you need. Have had a couple emails with customer service, and response is excellent. Overall, no issues, and would buy again.
