    I got this for my desktop PC since I could get more use vs a regular monitor. I tested it with my Switch first and love it! The monitor looks amazing and the quality is perfect. I wanted a portable monitor that could be VESA mounted and included the cables, plus the magnetic stand is a bonus! This was the best choice!

    I love this little monitor. I didnt rate it for gaming as I dont use it for that, but I use it all the time as an extra screen for when I work. I am a graphics designer and this allows me to have email open at the same time as my design software and is so convenient. Its light and easy to carry with my laptop in the same bag. Customer service is excellent, too. I had a problem hooking it up (my issue, not theirs lol) and they were wonderful in helping me fix my issue. I highly recommend this product!

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

Please make sure you’re using the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided in the package.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port? (e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Does my iPhone work with the monitor by the Apple charging cable?

No, it doesn"t work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.

Does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
