Like most folks who have multiple screens attached to their laptop, I am not as productive when I am on the road for days. I ordered this monitor so I can always have that second screen.

Initial review after one week is positive. We were looking for a monitor to move around the house and take with us when we remote work in different places. This one hits all the marks. It also comes with all the cables we might need to connect to our many different devices. Could also see this coming in handy with your travels with 3-year-old.

Before purchasing this portable monitor, I had gotten the style that attaches to your laptop and it was just so cumbersome. This portable monitor was so easy to set up, took up less room in my suitcase/travel bag and was the same size screen as my laptop (unlike the other style I got) for less money!

I was reluctant to pick a portable monitor for my travel needs after looking for quite some time. This monitor exceeded any expectations I had. Out of the box, the monitor has no branding with any weird typeface like most if not all other brands I found on the market, a very clean and minimal design which I like. The monitor is lightweight, great for traveling. Its plug-and-play ready, the color is vibrant, and the screen brightness is pretty good. I wish it did not have speakers to save some space but maybe its just me, others might need it. Its been 2 months of constant use and the monitor has been still rocking solid. Highly recommend.

Super easy set up. Was pretty surprised it came with all the necessary chords too. Gets bright enough and the magnetic screen protector as works as a stand. Great for the price!
