    If you buy this, please read the very helpful Q&A and reach out to customer support. They were very good in providing basic information. This led to a three fold successful install of a very portable extra screen to handle. Not in love with the folding stand, so I clipped it on to an arm to get a three screen set up using both USB ports A and C to connect two separate HDMI cables to a Surface laptop.

    Screen is high quality, I have it setup on my wall as a digital picture frame when Im not using it. Very light, and happy with how many wires were included in the box (usb-c display cable, usb-a to usb-c charging cable, hdmi to micro-hdmi cable)

    I bought this for work as I travel occasionally and struggle just working on a laptop only. The monitor is compact, lightweight (which will be nice for travel) and comes with several cords for use. I hooked it up with the USB C to USB C and it worked well. My first trip is coming up and can’t wait to try this monitor. Screen display is awesome too.

What should I do if my monitor shows no signal when connected by USB-C to USB-C cable?

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port? (e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Does my iPhone work with the monitor by the Apple charging cable?

No, it doesn"t work. If you want to connect the monitor to your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.

Does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
