It has 3 really nice speed settings that are all very quiet, it also has 3 light settings that are very bright, maybe too much for direct light at a baby, but useful for many other things. The bendable legs makes it perfect for any purpose. I would highly recommend this fan for lots of different needs.

I love the stand looks like octopus and its very versatile and helpful on hanging on my stroller and standing on my desk. Yes its a fan but the function it provides surprises you.
