this works wonders! i have CVS resulting in lots of abdominal pain/cramping and it’s the only thing that relieves the symptoms. worth the money considering i usually buy disposable heating packs! 10/10 would recommend

This is a really nice portable heating pad and serves its purpose. The only complaint is that its very comfortable if youre laying down.

I have endometriosis, and I constantly live with a heating pad.. but that means I have to be stationary when using them (the normal corded kind.) Someone in an endometriosis fb group recommended this, so I gave it a shot. It heats up INSTANTLY, the absolute second you turn it on. And it gets HOT! I’ve never found a heating pad that actually got hot enough for me, but this does, but that being said, the low/er setting/s are great for everyone else who doesn’t prefer it as hot as I do. I absolutely love how slim and small it is, so I wear it under my loose fitting shirts and shorts, and can go about my daily chores/driving all while getting relief. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

My girlfriend loves this thing. It gets surprisingly hot in just a few seconds. The vibration is rather strong and she can wear it under her scrub top at work. It seems to have a very good battery life. If she is happy then it was money well spent.

I have pretty bad cramps every month & all other heating pads either have to be plugged in or get wayyyy too hot with a portable charger. All other wireless ones like these are way more expensive. I got this on an Amazon daily deal for $29.99 & it was totally worth it! Wireless, gets hot super fast, & the vibration is an added bonus! It arrived just in time for my monthly cramps to start & im in bed right now with it so thankful that I ordered it!

I suffer from crohns disease and dealt with an obstruction for over a year while the Healthcare system failed me. I finally was able to have my surgery to correct the problem. This little device saved me on some of the worst days. If you keep the heat on high it lasts about 3 hours for me. If kept at 1 it lasted about 5 to 6 hours. The underside is like a microsuede so its smooth against your skin. My only complaint is that I wish it had a clip/buckle like a fanny pack/bum bag. You have to put the device on almost like a pair of pants or a shirt. Especially if youre in pain bending over to step into the waistband or trying pull it down past your chest is a struggle.

Bought this for a workmate who has intense and painful cramps. They use this during those times of the month and thankfully it’s really helped them.

I love this thing. Its very pleasant when it feels like you need to s*** your spine out. It sits perfectly where I experience cramps. The heat gets warm. It gets hot enough. The massage part obviously doesn’t go deep but it is a very nice feeling and does help a little. If you press on it, you can feel it more. Also, you dont have to deal with a whole heating pad, or you can use your regular heating pad on your back. I would recommend this for sure. Its worth trying.

Pros: gets VERY hot super fast (hotter than and works faster than any plug in heating pad I’ve ever owned), battery life lasts for 3-4 hours on a charge (on low which is still very warm,) adjustable for different waist/hip sizes, comfortable material, fits well under loose fitting clothes.. overall wonderful for anyone with chronic pelvic pain. Cons: no clip on the band so you have to pull the whole thing over your head to put on which can get annoying, and the fact that there is no switch to turn it on but rather buttons to be tapped makes it a huge fire hazard. It has turned on in my bag several times and on the highest setting it absolutely has the potential to melt items!! There really should be a safety feature to prevent this. When I take it into work it has to be in my hand or on me so that it does not accidentally turn on on its own.
