I just moved into a house without a/c and needing something to take the heat off in my bedroom. I was really skeptical when someone recommended I get something like this but for the price, I couldnt lose. You pay this much for a box fan anymore, so I ordered. This actually works surprisingly well. you fill the water reservoir with water, turn it on to whichever mode you want, and its off to the races. The cable allows it to be plugged into a USB charger which is convenient for me. It definitely isnt some crazy drop the temp 20 degrees personal AC unit, but it definitely cools your space and makes things much more comfortable. The only reason Im knocking off a star for is because of the noise level. It isnt terrible but its noticeable. If you like white noise and are trying to sleep with this on, it might be okay but if youre a light sleeper or sensitive to noise you may struggle with this. Also...we used this on a car ride. The back of my rig gets pretty warm even with the AC so this was perfect for a car ride!

Very lame

Most important, it barely blows cooler air. Almost feels like just a fan blowing even with ice cold water. No instructions. Going by the pics on Amazon and the modes don’t match my product. I have the two buttons in the picture attached. I’m assuming the “modes”are cold and colder. The pictures on Amazon for “modes” show humidifier and cold. I tried both modes and the mode with neither lit up which I’m assuming is fan mode. None blow cold air. Maybe slightly cooler but barely. Maybe mine is defective.
