I dont expect perfection but, your description says unlike other sheets that can be 1/4 short, this is perfect and square, sorry but, it isnt. It measured 23 15/16 across one side (fine), the other side measured from 23 29/32 to 23 5/8 and none of the corners were square. It was however, packaged very well, arrived in perfect condition and is nice and clear!

This Lexan was just right for a sump pump pit cover. The corners drilled easily for anchoring screws and a 2.5 hole was easy to put in with a hole saw and a hand held drill for the exit pipe.

I am using this not as a cutting board, but as raw polycarbonate stock material to make things out of it. And it is working out fine.

Glass shops couldnt make a door glass for my hearse and the original was custom made in 1967. After looking up plexiglass, I discovered the magic that is Lexan. This stuff is TOUGH!!!! Shouldnt break in a wreck, easy to cut and drill without the fear if cracking it like you have with plexiglass. I cut it and then heated it up to get the factory curve in it and it fits good and I drilled the bottom to mount to my window regulator and it even rolls up and down now too! Will buy more for other projects in the future!

This stuff is great! Nice and clear and perfect thickness for me. Got it to trim and cut to use as an aquarium lid! Used a scroll saw to cut and it worked fine.

Great size and ridgity for macro studio.
