As a consumer I have no way of knowing the true quality of ingredients. I do know that the flavor has a strong taste that I just cant stomach.

My all time favorite Bcaa. The flavor is great. Not overwhelming and it gives you energy without the caffeine. Fantastic for muscle recovery.

Im very leery of products but this gives me endurance and I love it!
