> 3 dayI used this for my 2003 Zuma 50. In the process of modifying the frame and I had to cut out a portion of the storage compartment. A buddy told me about this stuff so I gave it a shot. From what I understand, using a heatgun to mold this can be pretty time consuming. Luckily, I have a powdercoating oven. Just cranked it to 350F and waited for the material to reach 290F to 300F (about 15 min). Laid it down in the scooter tub and it only took about a minute to cool down. I used some 5-minute epoxy to glue it to the tub and that was that! Easy peasy. Love this stuff.

> 3 dayCut to size as ordered and received in excellent condition with out any scratches scrapes or dings. My only negative comment would be that they were not as think as I had expected. I bought the .08 thickness which was the thickest available but it isnt as thick as my holsters or as expected. Still did what I needed it to and was a fair price no doubt and Ill likely but again. A all around a solid product at a fair price.

> 3 dayMy first experience working with kydex. Heated it up on my old griddle and molded it into shape. Got a crease in the kydex I didnt like so I reheated it and tried again. Worked great.

> 3 dayFor my first time working with Kydex I would say this is a win. Using a heat gun on low I was easily able to form a small section after scoring it with a utility knife and snapping off what I needed. I did a holster strut repair which looks as good as the original and seems more sturdy using the .080, the original was .060.
